Welcome to the Common Sense Conversation

I was inspired of late through my conversations with my Tai Chi instructor, Robin Johnson, of Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA, to create this blog and begin a world-wide conversation on Common Sense. In regular life it seems we are losing our grasp on this concept; our government here in the U.S. seems to have lost it's way despite the best efforts of people of conscience and compassion, leadership and vision; and in our institutions of culture--religious, family, educational, commercial--common sense also seems to be in short supply.

Robin and I would like to change that, with your help, through this conversation on Common Sense.

We welcome you into this conversation. It will be a provocative one, not short on controversy, full of powerful ideas, and challenging, we promise you. This conversation will make you think, and hopefully inspire you to go inside your own self and your own life experience to feel what is true for you, and how best to live that truth in the world.

Our intention is two-fold: To bring a dynamic conversation about Common Sense to the world, as we grow and learn more ourselves; and have Common Sense become a powerful viral force in decision making, from local relationships between individuals and within families, all the way up to national and even global systems of government.

It's time for a return to Common Sense. We invite you to join us.
